RESERVATION REGULATIONS

Terms and conditions (half day/full day) |
- The tariff is subject to change and shall be reviewed in the
event of changes in policy or government regulations.
- Night halts shall be charged extra at the rate of Rs.
200/night. 100% night charges shall be applicable for anytime
the car is released beyond midnight.
- For all cancellations after the car has left the depot or at
times of no-show a minimum booking charge same as the package
cost would be included. Booking charges shall be 60% of the
package cost.
- All charges will be calculated on from garage to garage
basis.
- Bookings are accepted on types of cars you’re your
preferential order for the car models in the segment. Specific
car models are subject to availability.
- Rates are exclusive of parking charges, toll & inter-state
permit charges. These would be charged extra as per actuals.
- Service tax shall be charged @ 4.80% (CALCULATED AS 40% OF
12%). An education cess of 3% over the service tax shall be
charges as per the government guidelines. This is subject to
change in the event of announcements made by the Finance
Ministers Office.
- All fractions arising in computation shall be charged at the
next higher unit. Applicable for both Hours and Kms.

Terms and conditions (outstation bound trips) |
- The tariff is subject to change and shall be reviewed in the
event of changes in policy or government regulations.
- For all outstation bound trips, the above given per
kilometer rate would be applicable for a minimum billing of 250
kms per day. A Driver outstation allowance of Rs. 200 per day
would be charged. Night halts shall be charged extra at the rate
of Rs. 200/night. 100% night charges shall be applicable for
anytime the car is released beyond midnight.
- For all cancellations after the car has left the depot or at

cost would be retained. Booking charges shall be 60% of the
package cost.
